Levinson is known for his extraordinary abilities to hear music, and is called the man with the “golden ear”. He is known for creating the most advanced audio products, now through his Swiss company Daniel Hertz S.A.

Petrof is proud that Mark Levinson has selected the Petrof piano factory to build Daniel Hertz speaker cabinets. We use the same no-compromise craftsmanship in construction and finish as we use for our pianos. In fact, the same people who build Petrof pianos also work in the manufacture of the speaker cabinets, and their assembly and final testing, personally trained by Mark Levinson.

The cooperation of PETROF and Mark Levinson will result in an astonishing presentation of short piano concerts, recorded by Mr. Levinson and immediately played back on a Daniel Hertz audio system. Listeners can compare the live performance and the reproduction.
