Orders are generally turned around within 3-7 business days. Occassionally, we become more substantially backed up by order volumes in which case the processing of your order will take longer.
When that occurs, we will advise you of this. Shipments within the U.S. are shipped via UPS. UPS will email you a tracking # once your item has shipped. Our shipments are insured. The shipping fee includes shipping, handling and insurance charges. Shipments outside the U.S. are sent in the most expedient and cost effective manner as determined upon our research and with agreement by you. We require payment of shipping charges along with product purchase charges in advance of the shipment of your purchase.
The purchase of the Burwen Bobcat Suite is a Final Sale. We do not offer refunds. In the event your Burwen Bobcat Suite is not working properly, please follow the following protocol:
Please contact us either via email through our contact form or at sales @ danielhertz.com, or at 212-337-0877. If through conversation, we are able to establish that the product is factory defective, we will repair it - and if necessary, replace it and return it to you. In this instance, we will pay the shipping charges both ways. If this is not clear or is clearly not the case, we request that you return it to the address we will provide, at your expense along with a check for the shipping, handling and insurance charges to return the product to you. Factory related issues will be warrantied for 90 days at no cost to you.
